The You Empowered Strong Program, in partnership with the South Okanagan Restorative Justice Program are hosting a bi-weekly Healthy Relationship Series. Come learn some tools to help and strengthen family and/or personal relationships. All sessions include dinner. Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions as they are cumulative.
*Please note: This event will be offered in person only; there will be no virtual option to attend.

Open to all Syilx Okanagan Nation members and community members ages 15+

Session 1: January 25, 2022 – Getting Healthy
Session 2: February 8, 2022 – Understanding Feelings
Session 3: February 22, 2022 – Dealing with Anger
Session 4: March 8, 2022 – Breaking the Intergenerational Cycle of Abuse
Session 5: March 22, 2022 – Empathy and Respect
Session 6: April 5, 2022 – Celebration and Self-Care

DISCLAIMERS:
1. By order of the PHO, proof of vaccination will be required to attend our in-person events over 50 people. Starting October 24, 2021, you must be fully vaccinated (at least 2 doses of a COVID-19 vaccine). 2. Where food is provided at ONA events, we will always try to include a vegetarian option and gluten free option, however, given that we do not control all cooking environments, we cannot make any guarantees.

3. We will try to ensure that all event locations are accessible, however, given the wide variety of locations and spaces ONA events are held at, we cannot make any guarantees.
